Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Times

Our estimated delivery time is 4–15 days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

International Shipping

LOVA primarily ships to customers in the United States, but we may also ship to other countries and regions depending on availability.

For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation has been sent.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order appears to be delayed or the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us so we can assist you.

LOVA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
